On my 2nd PC (Win7 CCleaner v3.20.1750) there is the same result if USB-HDD is connected.

Perhaps all my PCs are corrupted.

Or perhaps CCleaner is the malware?

Uh no perhaps the drive's recycle bin is corrupted, which is why you were instructed to that link

Test: TextFile (59 bytes) >> USB HDD

Delete TextFile

Now in RecycleBin (USB HDD)

SlimCleaner wants to remove 59 bytes.

CCleaner wants to remove 8.124.673.063.226.270 KB.

Any questions?

You could try the Recycle Bin Fix and see if that's what's causing CCleaner to give the wrong info.

Then again you could also try the newest version of CCleaner to see if that corrects the issue (I can't remember from the changelogs if they fixed a Recycle Bin issue in newer versions or not) - if you prefer to keep that old version of CCleaner without installing over it there's CCleaner Portable available which you can unzip into a New Folder to try.
