I get this crash if I try make a clear with some browser open, but this is not the all of problem, the crash report get crash too and the O.S. send me a window with alot information. In old versions if my browser already open it only send a msg and jump the cleaner this browser.

You can't clean browser sutff while most browsers are open (IE is the only exception as far as I am aware). This is likely why you get a crash. Please also provide us with information on which browser you are speaking of.
What you've posted (the Microsoft debug info above) is not particularly helpful so
if you are still getting a crash without the browser open then please do the following
from the runbox or command line run
"C:\program files\ccleaner\ccleaner.exe" /debug
(The " marks are important, change c:\program files\ccleaner\ to the location of your ccleaner program if it is not installed in the default location)
make the crash happen
open the ccleaner folder (c:\program files\ccleaner or other as described above)
find the log file and attach it as an attachment (under more reply options below your reply post)
hold on to the debug file that is created in the folder as you may be asked for it.
