My fist time here, how can I get rid of cookies in the options tab that says cookies to delete? they always stay there, Help a newbie.
This issue is being worked on, please assure you are using the version of ccleaner which was released last week (3.02.1343)

I'm a newbie also and am having the same problem! Yes I'm using CCleaner v3.02.1343
I'm running Windows XP Media Center Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 3 on a Compaq Presario with AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3500+, 2.19 GHz, 2.43 GB of RAM.
Will we be notified by email when a fix has been made?
Would a fix be applied via an Update to CCleaner or would a new version of CCleaner have to be downloaded?
Any idea when a fix might become available?
Would an earlier version of CCleaner contain this method of deleting cookies or is this something brand new in the last CCleaner release? If an earlier version deletes cookies using this method, where can I get that version?
Thanks.

Hey Don,
Newbie to Newbie...
Check out the posts in Bug Reporting from Mr T and myself, on Cookies that won't delete! - it may solve your problem listed above! Mr T's post about checking which browser created the cookies that won't delete, tipped me off! If you see a red icon with letter f inside it, when you click on a cookie that won't delete, it's a FLASH cookie that can't be handled in the "Options - Cookies" area!

also the Flash Cookies are handle in Applications>Adobe Flash
I should have put the link to the Help page for Cleaning Flash Cookies in my earlier posting!
