Suddenly the list of cookies to be deleted includes the contents of Documents and Settings/Owner/Application Data/Microsoft/Office/Recent.
These files are, of course, not cookies and are not in the TIF folder, nor do they appear on the page where I can move them from one pane to the opposite.
This has happpened since I installed MS Word SP3 and a file types converter from MS to enable me to read .docx files created by Word 2007.
Any idea why this is happening, how to fix it, or whether to worry about it?
Can anyone confirm this?
I discovered the cause of this behavior. I had installed a file conversion app from Microsoft to enable me to read .docx files created in Word 2007, since I use Word 2003. I didn't notice that a new entry had been added in the Applications tab of Cleaner section. When I saw it I also saw that the entry for Office 2007 was checked. So when I was running the cleaner for Cookies on one tab I was also running the cleaner for Office 2007. Unchecking the box for the latter solved the problem. Thanks for taking an interest.
