I configured IE on Windows to prompt me when a site tries to put a cookie in. When I ran CCleaner a window came up from my IE (it was not running) asking permission to allow CCleaner to install a cookie. I put in yes and not to prompt me again. What I don't understand is why CCleaner does this?
