The OneDrive issue is known/ongoing, the developers are looking at it.
If Windows Update isn’t offering the C++ ones to you then you do not need them for the apps that are installed on your machine.
The C++ Redistributables change quite often, but when you do install any app that needs a newer version of a C++ Redistributable than you already have then it will install it along with the app that needs it.
My personal opinion -
Let Windows take care of Windows related updates.
(I have never understood why CCleaner started offering Windows related updates that your machine doesn’t even need?)
