context menu problems after running ccleaner

Hello,

I recently discovered that my system was infected with a bunch of trojans and spyware. After running a series of programs (spybot, superantispyware, avg, hijackthis) It was suggested that I run ccleaner too. Unfortunately I must have deleted something important and now the windows context menu (undo, cut, copy, paste) is opening on upon highlighting instead of having to right-click. I have run through everything in the control panel that I can think of to fix this. This is starting to drive me crazy. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm not even sure if my system is completely clean but I guess that is another topic.

I greatly appreciate any advice and realize I should have not tried to fix these infections without advice.

Please follow the steps here first

When I try to run thecomedian- avg warns about trojan horse backdoor smallx.vx

I'm sure this will be a false positive on avg's part.

I am sure this will be safe to download and run.

Its a false positive, that I had them already fix before, that keeps reappearing, proving yet again why AVG has fallen from grace over the past year.

Go on with the other steps, I will get onto them about it and see if they will sort out their definitions
