why do I pay for a service (2 years) and I get like 1 year suscription?
Tried to et in touch with the cistomer service (several times before this case) and never got an answer
We are told that the ‘My Subscription’ page in CCleaner7 (or ‘Licence key’ page in v6) can only show one years subscription at a time.
So as you have bought a 2 years subscription then it will show the first year up to 8 Dec 2026, and then will change to show the second year after 8 Dec 2026.
Why it can’t/won’t show the full 2-years all at once I have no idea?
