Confused

I just downloaded and ran Defraggler on a Vista 64 machine. The program stated 230GB Free Space, 174GB Used Space and 39% fragmented (67.9GB). Thinking this was likely from my Zune and all my podcasts I could see it however I do run the Windows defrag montly? Defraggler ran for about 12+ hours, no errors. Once it completed It stated 27% fragmented so ran the Analyze on the drive again and it still claimed 39% fragged?

Huh? What am I missing here?

Are the fragmented files in C:\System Volume Information\ ?

If I highlight C: at the top, then run analyze again, it says Drive C: on the tab that has the data/info. Yes it appears Drive C is selected.

If you select File List tab, where are the fragmented files stored ?

C:\System Volume Information\ ?

Various locations on C:\

THe first block are podcasts from Zune then various other locations.

Ran it again and it says C: is 40% fragmented, likely from podcast downloads through the day I suppose.
