Computer won't boot after registry fix

Hi, I have a big problem.

Yesterday I tried to fix some registry errors, I hoped that they would solve an issue where a program said it was already installed.

So I ran CCleaner and it found a lot of errors, so I clicked on fix all(stupid I know..). The thing is I did create a backup of the registry. But after I restarted my computer it wont boot at all.

I have windows 10, and all I see when I boot is the windows logo and the spinning dots. If I leave it there it shuts down after a while. I can't boot into safe mode, that is broken to. The only thing I can do is go into bios.

How can I fix this?

Thankful for any help I can get!

Oh, I forgot to mention. I have a usb stick with windows 10 that I used for another computer. So I have tried booting it whit this, but I'm not sure what to click on, I don't want to wipe the drive..

No point in a lecture on registry cleaning now....????

First thing is to get Win10 repaired (if possible).

Start the PC, let it get to the spinning "I'm loading" icon and force the PC off (hold in piwerbbutton for 5 seconds).

Repeat that a few times, you'll eventually see the Advanced Startup Options menu.

Go to Triybleshooting and you may be able to refresh Windows keeping your software and data.

Do you mean the screen with the Asus logo (for me) and a spinning circle with dots under?

I get to that, and sometimes it says starting automatic repair under it. I let it load and come to a blank black screen and nothing seems to happen.

That's it.

Doing the spinning circle time, force the PC off.

Repeat and you'll get the 'attempting repairs' screen which should take you to the ASO menu I mentioned.
