Comment remplacer mon adresse courriel dans mon profil de compte CCleaner 7 Pro sur Windows

Hello CCleaner help desk and Customer support and / or Community support ,

Due to an upcoming change with my email address. I wish to replace the original registered email

  • Soon I will no longer have access to the original email address

Can you provide some assistance ? Because I wish to avoid the billing agent sending a renewal at the wrong email address .

This is a user forum and so we do not have access to accounts/billing here.

If you want to manage and/or cancel your subscription then there is a webpage to use: Subscription Management
If you need to look up your Cleverbridge reference then see: Customer Support Contact Page
If you need to look up your CCleaner licence key then use this tool: CCleaner.com - License Lookup

If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, including refunds, then you will need to contact support.

All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.

To start the support process fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
The 'Live Chart dialogue should open automatically with a message from the AI Chatbot - if it doesn’t open itself then there is a ‘Start Chat’ button.
If the Chatbot can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
