Hi Stalxed, welcome to the forum.
As you have a paid version of CCleaner, you can contact Piriform support directly using support@piriform.com for additional assistance.
The commands you mentioned /update and /analyze are both valid commands for registered versions of CCleaner.
Please could you verify that your product has been successfully registered. Incorrect registration will prevent those commands from running.
Additionally, please could you send me a PM with the following information or send it to support:
1. Screenshot of the "C:\Program Files\CCleaner" path showing all files in the directory
2. The license key that has been used to register CCleaner.
Thanks.
These commands have been verified and work with CCleaner Business Edition and CCleaner Tech Edition. The latest version available for both is v4.13.4693.
Ensure that these commands are run with admin permissions to permit the log to be generated in the "C:\Program Files\CCleaner" directory
Cheapest version you can use this with is CCleaner Business Edition, the license is limited to one per machine.
I bought CCleaner Business Edition and tested on my home computer.
Everything works great!
MrV, thank you very much for your help!
