We’ve had lots of reports of this welcome screen issue and there’s a work round (it works for most):
Go into Windows Settings and set the display scale to 100%.
Run CCleaner 7 and get past the Welcome Screen.
Set your display scale back to what it was.
No no, I will do nothing at all. I don’t know what a set display scale is, I won’ t waste my time solving a problem YOU create, YOU must eliminate the problem, not people reporting it. I’ve change program, will use another brand. Paola

If you want to use a rival software then that’s no skin off my nose. (non mi riguarda).
Ok, scuse me sooo much, I did’n know that you’re are not in CCleaner, I’ve seen “We’ve had a lot of reports” and in my mind WE was the company, Sorry again. 
Appreciate your job for the community, I was very angry because this welcome page seems to me sooo stupid, so useless, and creates problems to many of us. Tankyou again and scuse me….Paola
