I couldn't recreate this, I can expand the columns just fine.
Which Defraggler version are you using?
I use the v.2.11.560 (64 bits) and the os: Windows 7 64 bits Family Edition
I can reproduce this, but only before analysing with the file list empty.
The columns are also locked during the defrag process, which you appear to be doing in your screenshot.
If you need to alter column widths, do it after an analyse and before defragging.

Yes i have launching the defragmentation for disk 2 TB it's estimated more than one day
