When finished using the cleaning ccleaner, it closes itself without showing the results.

Sometimes he does not close itself and shows a critical error screen and only have the option to close the ccleaner and restart it.

I put a print below, please check this critical error and find a solution, he became so whenupgraded to version 3.16.

Details: Not only is this error on my computer, downloaded the file from the official site and installed on the computer of a friend of mine and error is the same. Have uninstalled and removed registry keys and reinstalled and the error remains.

Please do the following:

1 - Uncheck all rules from Windows and Applications tab,

2 - Check one rule only and press "Run Cleaner" or "Analyze",

3 - Uncheck rule checked on number 2,

4 - repeat 2 and 3 again for the remaning rules until you get it to crash.

5 - report back which rule caused CCleaner to crash.

I did what you said and found that the error happens when the cache cleanup of mozilla firefox, just do not know now if the error happens in other browsers, this error appeared here only in firefox.

If you are having the same problem disables the cache cleanup of firefox the problem will disappear.

Please, try cleaning the cache once with Firefox internal cleaning tool.

Start using Firefox again and then clean it with CCleaner.

Please, report back if the error disappeared.
