I can’t locate my cleverbridge reference number anywhere and need it to manage my subscription. Please send to me. I can’t anyway to contact you and you chat bot has no clue.

The chatbot where you get a ticket doesn’t know either. Looks like you guys are trying to make it impossible to manage your subscription or cancel it. I lost the email with the cleverbridge number.
Thats the whole problem, I can’t find the email with the reference number.
Support email was retired a few months ago. All support must go through the AI and, after it fails to help demanding of the AI to get you a human
