How about adding MIRO to the cleaning list:
typical path:
C:\Documents and Settings\%name%\Local Settings\Application Data\Participatory Culture Foundation\Miro\Profiles\%name%.default\Cache

Welcome to the forum MarkS!
You can always add that folder path into CCleaner's Include area by clicking:
Options->Include
It's just one way to get around waiting for something to be included by default, and works with other stuff too that isn't cleaned by default.
Edit:
Forgot to mention to have the Include settings work you must also enable in the large Cleaner button:
Windows (tab)->Advanced->Custom Files and Folders
