After running Run Cleaner if I run analyze again I get 2 Sistem log files needed to be removed and this just repeats.
Are you sure the files you are seeing are not just empty files. Windows will recreate the log's file in an empty state
can you show a screenshot of the 2 remaining files.
their name and location will probably explain why they are still there.
usual reason is they are locked by the system and could not be deleted, or they simply get recreated by some software as it detects they are no longer found but required.
