cleaning more than one hard drive

My computer has two hard drives. It had one drive, partitioned as C and D drives and computer wouldn't operate. I had a second hard drive installed by computer repair shop, which they installed as master with the c/d as slave drive, shows up as H and I drives . Windows is installed on both drives. When I ran CCleaner, it only cleaned the C drive. The computer boots from the H drive, and is slow. How do I run Ccleaner on H drive?

CC will operate and clean on the system drive. The one in which Windows is installed on. It sounds like you have 2 drives with 2 partitions on each (4 total). Why CC is cleaning the C drive I can only come up with the theory that 3rd party software is sought by CC on the C drive with most programs being located under C:\Program Files. But... Windows cleaning (temp files, run, recent docs etc) should be cleaned from H.

Im gonna sit back and let some other users comment about your drive configurations. But it seems to me your primary drive (disk 0) partition C is where Windows should be. In that scenario CC would work as expected.
