if CCleaner does not support cleaning for these files... then it cant...
There is a app called Dustbuster which apparently cleans "1500 different types of useless temp files and directories in a single click" but it does not tell you exactly what these files are nor does it tell you what it has removed. You simply run it then once finished it tells you how many files and what size the files it removed were. Some people stay away but I have had it for a while and as far as I can see or my personal files are still there and everything works. Give it a try but create a system restore point first .
P.S. I am in no way, form or point of view responsible if you pc goes puff.
HDCleaner would do that for you, it allows you to select just what you want to delete. It's a lot more work, but at least it won't automatically delete stuff you shouldn't delete. It still should be used very cautiously. It can also do secure file deletion, and overwrite free space, for all the paranoids out there: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download1287.html
Thanks for that Greenknight, pretty good app.
