Need more info please.

What operating system are you using?

If you open task manager does it show Ccleaner running?

How long have you had CCleaner installed?

also try uninstalling, running or updating CC with the PC in Safe Mode.

if you are using the normal build and still having issues, try the Slim or Portable build.
