Can anyone help?
Yesterday I downloaded the latest version of ccleaner and paid a donation. Unfortunately the program won't clean, when I press the clean button it scans up to 4% then gets stuck and won't go past 4%. I am using vista??????

When the scan stops, can you see what it has actually got stuck on, and are you using IE8 by chance?
There was another topic recently about IE8 and Index.dat files causing an issue, although that one doesn't appear to have been resolved.
