Fully paid version of Ccleaner, yet , when i load it, nothing is available, the logo is greyed out, and when i look at the “subscription” tab, it says “cannot load the details of the ccleaner subscription currently used on this pc”
That’s an interesting message.
It isn’t saying that you don’t have a current/valid subscription, only that it can’t find/load the details for it.
It is saying that because something is blocking your connection to the licence server, and maybe other CCleaner servers. (or the server is down for some other reason).
Are you running an Antivirus other than Defender? Or any other security that could be blocking CCleaner (or Avast) in your Firewalls?

Thanks for the reply, it does seem like something is actively blocking it, as it’s still the same 24 hours later. I don’t have anything other than defender running, no..
edited to add… reinstalled and seems to be working normally now, so will see what happens in the future
