When I run the cleaner, it changes my home page settings, IE backround, color, etc. I am running Firefox w/ AOL as my home page. What have I got to uncheck so that the home page settings stay as they are.

If the colours you mention are user defined, then the details of those settings (and passwords if any), will be kept in a cookie. Have a look here:
I tried what you said and it worked. I unchecked the AOL.com cookies on internet explorer and firefox, ran the cleaner then brought up firefox and IE and the screen was as I programmed it. Thanks for your help.
