I can't get this addition to winapp2.ini to clean C:\Documents and Settings\[My Profile]\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger Folder

Can it be cause of 2 % signs there?

I removed the extra % but C:\Documents and Settings\[my name]\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger\872637960 still contains sqmnoopt00.sqm and sqmnoopt01.sqm

I seem to remember this discussed before but I can't find the discussion.
