I used to run CCleaner at the boot time but you know what it takes a little bit of time.
It would be nice if you provide shortcut to "Clean and shut down" ref Image .
Start > Clean and Shut Down

I dont think applications can modify that menu. You'd be better off making a shortcut to ccleaner /auto /shutdown and placing it somewhere on the desktop or in the start menu
Apologies if you're already aware of this and it it isn't what you require, but in case you have missed it, there's already a "Shutdown after cleaning" option within CCleaner ...
The only thing to be aware of is the box doesn't auto-uncheck, but that wouldn't matter if the only time you run CCleaner is when you want to shut down.

Yes I have created a shortcut on desktop as “Clean and ShutDown”

thnaks for your help . I am using Windows 7 64 bit edition .
Procedure ( So other people can use it )
1) right click on desktop and creat shorcut ( right click > New > Shortcut )
2) Location of the item : "C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe" ( Don't remove the quotes )
3) Name for this shortcut > Clean and ShutDown
4) Click finish
5) Now right click newly created shortcut and edit target Box , replace the content with
“C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe” /AUTO /SHUTDOWN

6) Add it to your start Menu if you want
