Clé jamais reçu et Ccleaner 7 ne me reconnait pas

Bonjour,

Depuis hier la mise à jour pour Ccleaner7 a été faite automatiquement. Depuis je n’ai plus la version payante et je n’avais pas reçu de mail de confirmation malgré le prélèvement pour l’année. Impossible de récupérer ma clé de licence puisqu’il considère que mon adresse mail n’est pas la bonne.

Pouvez vous m’aider s’il vous plaît.

If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, then you will need to contact support.

All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note - We have been told that you MUST engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form.
Note2 - It appears that the system is currently overloaded. Users are reporting very long waits for the Live Chat to respond.
