I paid for Ccleaner Professional but did not realise I had not chosen it for my Mac, instead I paid for Windows. Consequently I am unable to download what I have paid for. I have found no way of sorting this. Can you help please.
You will need to contact support and tell them what has happened, they should change it for you with no fuss.
