Class not registered and Unknown system error: 0x80041013

Hello,

I got some errors when running the program Speccy, love the program, but I got a few small problems with it (or it could just me me, but I hope not).

After looking on the forms I decided create a new topic since I didn't see someone else that had the same problems.

This is my first time on this board, and I will try to give what info you need, I apologize if I did/didn't do something before/after posting, since I am a bit slow on understanding computer programs sometimes.

Current info/setup:

- Speccy [v1.38.504]

- Windows XP (SP3) [32-bit]

- Built the PC myself, but OS is official full version (installed on brand new HDD)

Problems:

When I try to use Speccy, I get the error 'Class not registered' a few of the fields (Motherboard, optical drive, and audio for example).

But for RAM I get the error, 'Unknown system error: 0x80041013'.

I also tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, no change.

Can someone please help me on this, if there is anything you need to know, just ask.

Update:

I thought this information might help with what might be going on, I hope:

CPU-Z v1.55

Update v2.0:

I don't know if this information I just found is related, But I?ll post it here, just in case.

I did:

Start -> Run -> "msinfo32.exe" and got this error:

I already tried troubleshooting it, via MS website [http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323209]

But all services are enabled (I even tried to stop and then re-start the WMI services, and PC) no luck.

I was going to install Speccy on my other PC and then look at the services running and go from there, but I guess I can?t do that.

*I?ll have to make another topic about that PC not getting Speccy to run on it at all, I?ll do that later, too tired now*

Update v2:

I just installed latest Speccy v1.08.218, and still having the same trouble.
