When I uncheck the Recycle box (path: Custom Clean / Junk / System) in the new CCleaner7 application I want that control to stay unchecked forevermore–like with the previous version. However, the box is unchecked the next time I open CCleaner7. That problem is a pain-in-butt and the functionality should be reverted back like in the previous version. Version Otherwise, I am now reinstalling version 6 which has a much better interface.
Hi @davidreid,
Thank you for reporting this issue.
Please could you let me know which version of CCleaner 7 you are using? You can see this under Settings> Updates.
I am only able to replicate this issue if I don’t perform a scan or clean after changing the options selected or unselected in Custom Clean. Please let me know if performing a Scan again or cleaning after updating the options resolves the issue for you?
