I am trying to connect to chat, and for the past 24 hours I was getting an error message that said:
Failed to initialize chat: URI malformed
Now I am getting
Something went wrong.
Cannot sent a request. Please try again later.
I have repaired, uninstalled, still cannot even get onto chat to request a refund for an unauthorised auto renewal
