Charged twice

On 1/8/24 I received a request to resubscribe to my 2-year subscription for 5 devices. I did so, for $128.05 and it correctly appeared on my credit card statement. On 2/3/24 I another resubscription for 2-year subscription for 5 devices appeared on my credit card for $85.39 which I assume was because I must have been setup for automatic renewal. How do I get my money back for the duplicate payment (preferably for the more expensive one)? I have not been able to find a way to contact CCleaner about this--there is no email address or phone # to call.

Mistakes do happen, good that you found it before taking time trying to chase it up.

It should have told you on your order confirmation/invoice how to contact Cleverbridge or CCleaner if needed.
