I’ve just found out that I have a CCleaner Professional Plus license valid until January 11, although it has never been activated and I no longer have access to the computer on which it was installed so I wanted to cancel the subscription.. However today I was charged €64.95 for a renewal when the expiry date has not been reached.
Why was I charged before the expiry date? How can I get refunded?
I cannot find anyone to contact by phone or email…
