Charged for a subscription I DON"T HAVE

I have long since turned auto-extension off, yet today I have been informed by my bank that 2 attempts to withdraw money for this product have occurred. My account is now overdrawn.

When checking my license I see that the Auto Extension option is active and when I click cancel it stays active.

same here.

i get a bill for an extension 2 for 1 directly from paypal with the buttton "show bill and pay".

what is that for an behavior. what a scum....

That sounds like a PayPal recurring payment has been set up, and PayPal are still taking the money.

We do see it occasionally with PayPal.

eg. You cancel your CCleaner subscription, but have forgotten (or hadn't realised) that you had also set up a recurring payment with PayPal, and until you cancel that PayPal will still take the payment.

If that is what is happening for you then you have to cancel the recurring payment with PayPal and ask them for a refund.

I think that your is a different thing and is just an administrative 'wobble' that can happen sometimes with PayPal so it looks like you have been billed twice but you haven't been.
