I’d like to change my email address to cancel my subscription and receive a refund, as my account was charged today. I only have access to my license key; the email account appears to have been deleted. Please help. I’ve tried chat, but haven’t received a response. I also learned that users without a registered email address don’t receive priority, which is what I used when filling out the form.
