Changed Email

I purchased professional in 2024 in my company email and never used it. I have since closed the company email but would like to use CCleaner with my personal email. I need help setting this up from scratch.

When you purchased you will have been send a licence key to activate CCleaner as Pro.

That key will have been sent to the email address that you registered, if you made a note of the key or a copy of the comfirmation email then you can use that key to activate CCleaner as Pro.
(As long as it hasn’t already expired).

To change the registered email you will need to contact support for account issues.

All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a sumary of your request.
Below that there is a button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the VA can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
