Change account email address

I need to change the email address for my account - the old email address no longer works and emails are not accessible. how do I do this, I have used the contact form many times with no success

You should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

However if you can’t access your registered email address then you have a bigger problem here:

The automatic support queue works off email addresses.

If the email you use when sending your request to support is not showing as registered to a current valid licence then you will not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the computer even allocates/shows your request to a support person.

Sending multiple requests will not help - In fact it will slow a response down because each time you send another they all get automatically collected together as ‘further information’ and sent to the back of the queue again.

I’m afraid that the vagries (inadeqacies) of the automatic ticket queuing syatem means that you can only be paitent and wait for a support agent to be allocated your ticket(s) and contact you.

Hi Laurence, if someone from CC Cleaner has responded, they must have responded to my old buchan@blueyonder.co.uk email address, which no longer works/nor do I have access to it.CC Cleaner need to contact me through my new email address, anybuchan595@gmail.com. Please convey this to whomever is dealing with my problem.
