Second time you try to click on it, you don't go back to the first link, you go to Technet
But <--- (Evil chuckle) if you were sandboxed and delete the sandbox, then when you reboot you can go to the survey again.
Next step is to try it w/o the sandbox and see if a simple reboot works.
edit: nope, simple reboot leaves the tracks in there, you go back to Technet.
