Since update to Android 16, CCleaner is not working correctly

@Laurence_CCleaner I’m also having the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy A36 5G. I submitted a ticket.
Using CCleaner Pro v.25.17.0 on a Samsung S23 Ultra running Android 16. CCleaner no longer runs correctly and is very slow. In the Cleaning results there are multiple “System error(device not supported), “Undefined error” and “System error (no events) reported - in total “Failed items” = 11. Some of these are BBC news, Chrome, Firefox, Galaxy Store. YouTube etc.etc. Can this be investigated and fixed if possible, please?

We will soon be releasing an update to CCleaner for Android that will resolve some issues with Android 16.
If you continue to experience issues after updating to V25.21, please message me back so I can investigate this further.

Have not seen any update so far.
It sounds crazy but this worked for me. Start the clean. When an app screen comes up slide up ASAP and do the same for every app until the clean finishes.
