I have subscribed to CCleaner Professional. When CCleaner7 popped up, I opted for it and installed it. It has been giving me all kinds of problems. So, I reinstalled Professional. But for some reason CCleaner7 AUTOMATICALLY reinstalls itself!!

Uninstal v7.
Reinstall v6.39, 'Run CCleaner from the last page of the installer and immediately go to Options>Update and untick both boxes there, close CCleaner.
Unticking those boxes should stop it updating to v7 again.
