I always just used the free version of the CCleaner. However it started not cleaning everything so I just purchase the professional version. I did my first clean with the professional and it is still not cleaning everything. I am attaching an so you may see what I am talking about. These four items will not clean and the internet explorer I do not eve use so I don't understand why there are temporary files.
Hey and welcome to the forum.
The following two entries you have nothing to be concern about
Windows Explorer - Thumbnail Cache
System - Windows Log Files
They are normal, day to day entries that are created by your system on a regular basis.
For the other two, I just noted on my system, some software uses IE as the default Browser even though IE is not set as your default browser.
you could also run Analyse, double click each of those entires, then right click the files shown and Add to Exclude List
even though you may not use the IE browser, other MS products use IE libraries. (Skype, OneDrive, Defender, Office.... etc etc etc)
They all look like regenerating empty files, to me

With what's in the screenshot I agree because on Windows 10 it just re-downloads them in a short amount of time. "Maybe by unpinning certain things in the Windows Start Menu area will curb some of it" - but make sure you have a good system backup before messing around with the settings for an easy effortless way to undo any changes you may not like.
