Installed V3.21.1767 today on Windows 7 and ran Registry Cleaner, got error message below. On advice from Piriform, uninstalled and reinstalled but got same error. Any ideas on what's causing this?

If you paid for the premium support from Piriform I suggest you may get a quicker and more technically tailored answer if you get back to them straight away and tell them what has happened after following their advice.
