CCleaner won't start

I downloaded no problem, I think, did it twice. It won't do anything when I click and say run ccleaner. a box comes up with the logo etc but the only thing that is clickable takes me to the website. I have windows 10 and I pause Adblock. I have defender and have allowed piriform and ccleaner

What is going on. never had any problems on Win 7

So you downloaded it and then ran the installer from your downloads?

Can you try uninstalling it and downloading it from here
