suspect software conflict, or corruption of either C Cleaner or Trend Micro security product. When TM product is active and protecting, C Cleaner will not open up. Just a short circling arrow for about 5 seconds, then nothing. Tried starting CC from tray, from Win 10 program list results are the same. When I close the TM product ("exit") and allow it to terminate I get the "you are not protected" warning, but the CC will now work properly. Everything worked fine up until about2-3 weeks ago, then problems started. Is this a CC problem, or a TM problem?
