I have a ton of hidden files on my secondary HDD that I'm trying to clean up; like, about 400gb worth (not joking). CCleaner lets me analyze the drive and indicates 82.54% is being occupied by "Other Files." Ok, so I should just add the drive via options -> include -> add, correct? Well, when I try that, it tells me "For system safety reasons you cannot select this specific location." So... is CCleaner supposed to be used ONLY on a drive that has an OS? How can I get around this? I really need to remove these files.
i have try it...
on my drive d:
i have create a folder with 4 files of ".jpg" and have set it to hidden and read only.
so it seems, ccleaner could not clean this included folder with this kind of files...
