I recently on jun 28, 2024, purchased a 2-year subscription to CCleaner Professional for 5 devices includes Kamo +24/7 live chat technical support, Cleverbridge Reference Number received by email, together with license key and download for CCleaner Professional and Kamo.
CCleaner Professional has been downloaded and installed, but unable to activate and register the CCleaner license. CCleaner Professional to previous subscription has been uninstalled before installing the new CCleaner. CCleaner has old license key already filled in the box, and the new license key was copied and pasted, replacing the old license, it failed to activate with an error ALPHA{9xAB000003).
It has been more than 3 weeks since my purchase date.
