when I run ccleaner it cleans everythint up but leaves a messace in the box that Mozilla/Firefox cache cleaning was skipped. what does this mean and how can I fix it? I have both Firefox and Internet Explore in my computer. Please Help.
You have to close firefox when using ccleaner.
