CCleaner + WINAPP2 not deleting VLC INI File

I am trying to delete the VLC INI File with the CCleaner Custom Clean. I understand that this should be possible with WINAPP2.

The section in the WINAPP2.INI is:

[myVLC *]
LangSecRef=3023
DetectFile=%AppData%\vlc\vlc-qt-interface.ini
FileKey1=“C:\Users\peter\AppData\Roaming\vlc\vlc-qt-interface.ini”

“MyVLC” shows up in the Custom Clean of CCleaner, so obviously WINAPP2 is recognized by CCleaner.

But the VLC INI file is not deleted. I wonder why.
