CCleaner will not remove Dr Watson\User.dmp file

CCleaner lists Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Dr Watson\User.dmp file for deletion but it does not delete it. The file seems to be growing in size. It has only recently appeared after the last new version of CCleaner. Can this file be deleted in safety with no damage?

Have the same problem. I've manually deleted it a few times, but it comes back.

Am also finding that CCleaner will identify 'Prefetch' files, but then be unable to delete them as well.
