CCleaner Version Check

I am working with a program i want to use to automatically check for old versions of CCleaner - is there a file or a registry key that has this in it? I havent been able to find it anywhere...

I think every 32bit exe has a file version. If you check the file properties of CCleaner.exe you will see the file version number of the previous one is 2.6.0.567. You can make apps that checks the version number of exe's then goes on to the web site to download a newer version.

Other than that for CCleaner you just click on Check for updates... in the bottom right.
